Salesforce Agentic Advisor: AI That Runs Your Advisory Day So You Don’t Have To

Salesforce has launched Agentic Advisor, a suite of six AI-powered capabilities built natively into Agentforce for Financial Services — the company’s platform for wealth managers and financial advisors. The rollout, which began in June 2026, marks one of the most ambitious moves yet by a legacy CRM provider to embed agentic AI directly into daily advisor workflows. For anyone exploring what an AI financial advisor can realistically do today, this launch is a concrete benchmark.

What Agentic Advisor Actually Does

The first capability to go generally available is Meeting Concierge — an agent that handles the full meeting lifecycle. Before a client call, it generates a briefing document pulling from CRM history, prior notes, and account data. During the meeting, it captures the conversation in real time. Afterward, it drafts a summary and automatically assigns follow-up tasks. A second tool, Run My Day, launches this summer: it opens each morning with a prioritized list of at-risk clients, time-sensitive signals, and outstanding actions across an advisor’s book of business. A unified Enhanced Client Details Page — aggregating financial data, household relationships, life events, and holdings — rounds out the near-term release calendar.

Why This Move Matters for the Industry

Salesforce made a simultaneous $3.6 billion acquisition of AI customer service platform Fin, signaling that administrative automation in financial services is now a strategic priority at the highest level, not an experiment. As PYMNTS reported, the Agentic Advisor is designed to give advisors “back the time they’ve been losing to administrative noise,” according to Eran Agrios, Salesforce’s Senior VP and GM of Financial Services. Crucially, the platform keeps humans in the loop: every AI recommendation surfaces to an advisor for final approval, preserving fiduciary accountability while cutting the manual overhead that eats into client-facing hours.

What Comes Next

Three more capabilities are in the pipeline: Connector Library (prebuilt integrations with custodians and financial data systems), Book of Business Insights (surfacing trends and growth opportunities across client portfolios), and Anywhere Advisor (bringing advisory workflows into Slack and Microsoft Teams). Together, these push the Agentic Advisor from a meeting-prep tool toward a full operating layer for the modern wealth management practice — one that runs background intelligence continuously, not just when the advisor asks.
